What is Active Parenting?

An evidenced-based, engaging, video & discussion program for parents of children of all ages designed to change the dynamic of your family! Whether you're looking to change your parenting skills from "not so good" to "good," or from "good" to "great," this workshop is exactly what you need.

What is toxic stress and how do I prevent it?

What are some correction techniques to help my child behave better and make good decisions? 


What Does This Program Do? 

  • Equip parents with more tools for effective parenting
  • Teach parents how to help children gain resilience
  • Offer strategies for school success
  • Discuss positive communication & discipline techniques
  • Offer a confidential environment for support and understanding
  • Free light dinner and childcare for ages 3 and up (potty-trained)
