What is Active Parenting?

An evidenced based video & discussion program for parents of children of all ages is designed to:


What builds resilience in a child?
What is toxic stress and how do I prevent it?

  • How do I communicate with my child in a positive way?

  • What are some correction techniques to help my child behave better and make good decisions? AND MORE

What  Does This Program Do? 

  • Equip parents with more tools for effective parenting

  • Teach parents how to help children gain resilience

  • Offer strategies for school success

  • Discuss positive communication & discipline techniques

  • Offer a confidential environment for support and understanding

  • Free dinner and childcare for ages 3 and up (potty-trained)
