    It is a free, voluntary, strength-based program for home-based services for families to create an environment that all children and families have the opportunity to reach their highest potential.

    Requirements:

    • Visit with new parents in their homes weekly
    • Focus on parent-child interaction, child development, and family function
    • Ability to provide crisis intervention and linkage to community resources
    • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrate good written communication skills
    • Some college, or a degree is preferred
    • Previous experience working with children and families
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule. No nights or weekends
    • Reliable transportation

  • Position: Director of Development

    Description:

    Reporting to and in partnership with the Executive Director (ED), the Development Director will spearhead fundraising and development efforts as Willowstone Family Services continues to grow.

    • You actively and constantly listen to all constituents, focus especially on donor needs and know how to identify mutual benefits. You communicate excellently and compel audiences through writing and speaking.


    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute Willowstone Family Services’ annual fundraising plan
    • Secure financial support from individuals, foundations and corporations
    • Manage the implementation of Fundraiser software and process data entry, gift processing, and acknowledgement.
    • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors
    • Identify and build relationships with new and prospective donors
    • Administer signature fundraising and donor stewardship events
    • Make direct, face-to-face solicitations
    • Recruit, train, and support key volunteers to assist in advancement efforts
    • Communicate fundraising goals throughout the organization and equip team members to reach them
    • Communicate Willowstone Family Services’ goals, outcomes, needs and opportunities utilizing all forms of communication including public speaking, social media, email and mail campaigns, and networking conversations.
    • Develop and track proposals and reports for all foundation and corporate fundraising


    Requirements:


    B.A. (required), M.A. (a plus), Five-plus years of experience in fund development

    Knowledge of Fundraiser software and the development process.
