Strengthening Individuals and Families Across the Lifespan

Mission

Our Mission: Strengthening individuals and families across the lifespan.

Our Vision: Provide quality social services to individuals and families in Tippecanoe and surrounding counties, with the ability to grow programs that respond to changing community needs.

Our Values:

  • High Quality Client Care: The quality of our services will strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, as well as our stakeholders.  We follow the standards of the National Association of Social Workers and Healthy Families of America, as well as meet Best Practice Standards for governance, financial operations, and continual quality improvement.
  • Accessibility and Affordability: We strive to reduce barriers for individuals and families in need. Agency services recognize the inherent worth in every individual and family type, and the strength that inclusion creates.  Fees for service can be assessed with a sliding scale option based on family size and income.
  • Integrity: We act with honest integrity that aligns with our professional ethics and fiscal responsibility to form a strong foundation for service.
  • Innovation: We address community, operational, and client opportunities with the flexibility necessary to produce timely, creative responses.
  • Collaboration: We will continually explore and develop relationships with partners to strengthen our foundation for service to the community.
